I'm Chandan, I'm a Registered Social Worker in the province of Ontario, with extensive experience in providing therapy—I'm here to help. I specialize in using supportive techniques like Trauma-focused Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused therapy. I'm passionate about working with people dealing with trauma, workplace stress, family conflicts, and more. When we work together, I'll create a safe and caring space for you, without judgment. I'm fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and Urdu, and I know how to navigate unique challenges. To meet your needs, I am flexibly available during evenings and weekends, for in-person or remote therapy sessions. Let's work side by side to overcome your obstacles and achieve a better version of you.
Fees and Payment
Therapy Session: $150 per hour
I believe in the importance of finding the right therapist for you. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to find if we are a good fit.
Many insurance and extended health plans cover the cost of therapy provided by a Master of Social Work

Sessions are paid at the end of the therapy session/appointment.
Therapy appointments: $150. 00 per 45 min session
Initial Consultation: You may request a 15-minute consultation before booking a session.
